The property is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it’s well located. It’s clean, with great Byredo bath products, Lavazza coffee in the room, and plenty of drinking water. The hotel bar is excellent. The biggest problem was that I could hear people in other rooms on my floor; the rooms seem less soundproof. The rooms are on the smaller side.
