The place sits in a gorgeous spot, is super convenient, spotless, and smells amazing. The downside was an A/C leak that flooded the floor.
“Loved being near the pier and beach where you can find Chaney but you would get more bang for your $ in an AirBNB.”
The staff are phenomenal. Veronica and Roxie are super sweet and accommodating. The housekeepers were friendly and welcoming with every interaction. Decent view of the ocean, with some trees obscuring the distant views, convenient to the boardwalk. I chose it because it’s so close to the pier and it’s non touristy. The downfall is there’s not many restaurants or shopping, and no one but Polly’s has flavored ice coffee on that side. Code needed for entry, which enhances security. Easterly’s breakfast is fantastic!. I hate to have to write anything negative but I think people need to be prepared. I, nor my friend were in any of the updated rooms pictured on the website and for $700 each for 3 nights x 2 rooms is by far, overpriced. Tile flooring was cracked in multiple places including the shower, mold on ceiling from water leak above shower pipes, bathroom door had dirty handprints all over it, and toilet stained. Friends room had no hot water for shower, dirt and sand in floor corners, old uncomfortable, small, chairs on balcony where it’s too hot to even sit because of the air conditioner exhaust. Very outdated
Customer service was great, especially Liz. The bathroom was small but had all the necessary amenities, and towels weren’t refreshed daily.
“Very relaxing and peaceful”
Everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and filled me with useful info. My room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t dislike anything.
“Very satisfied with the staff and their concern for us to have the best stay”
The location and staff were excellent. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen, and walking to good restaurants and beaches was easy. The air conditioner leaked, but after a night they upgraded us to their best room.
