How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was flawless—the room matched the photos exactly, everything was spotless and well‑maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it and plan to return. The only suggestion I have is to leave an extra sheet for guests to cover during the cold night wind.

Venho sempre que estou em Ribeirão, para casal é muito melhor que muitos hotéis. A decoração, automoção e sofisticação é top demais. Nada tudo ótimo

Easy to reach, and the room matched what I expected. Only issue: at the entrance they couldn’t locate my reservation.

The room was impeccably clean and everything worked flawlessly. Service was discreet and very fast from check‑in to check‑out. The price is fair for the level of service and facilities offered. It has become my first choice in the city and I plan to return often. I recommend it wholeheartedly! The only point to note is the mismatch between the Booking platform and the motel regarding check‑in and check‑out times; once I mentioned the platform’s scheduled times, everything was resolved.

The breakfast could have offered more variety, but it was still great.
