The property was recently renovated just steps from the sea and the main tourist and beach areas of Siracusa. The room is tiny but equipped with all comforts (air‑conditioning, TV, mini fridge, towels, and bathroom products) and a nice large modern bathroom. Breakfast is great! The variety and quality of the cakes prepared by the lady each morning, served on a terrace, are good. The staff and owners are very friendly, present every morning for breakfast. Two bikes with racks are also available, great for those who want to bike to nearby beaches. Free parking is available in front of the property. Nothing.

The renovated room with AC was great. Breakfast featured homemade pies, croissants with cream, and fruit. Parking is right outside on the street and access to major roads is easy. The promenade and seaside are just a 10‑minute walk away. We didn’t book a balcony room; the first floor was very noisy with both neighbours and loud people outside. The walls are thin. The communal terrace offered no view and had many mosquitoes. I recommend booking a balcony room. The hosts didn’t speak any English, but we managed with Google Translate.

The room was very clean and charming, decorated with care, making it ideal for visiting Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli; the beach was nearby, the breakfast was hearty and varied, and parking was available on site.
