“Séjour d'une seule nuit mais pas agréable”

Propreté des locaux et de la chambre Localisation pratique car en face de la gare. L'accueil plutôt froid, sans le moindre sourire et avec des renseignements minimum. Un seul jeu de serviette alors que nous étions 2 Eau de la douche froide Le café du petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon, insipide (que ce soit en allongé ou en expresso) Absence de réceptionniste lors du départ pour signaler tous ces dysfonctionnement

The location and cleanliness were good, but the shower was cold, the dairy items at breakfast were rotten, and the staff were always busy and alone.

“Très mauvais souvenir”

The room smelled unpleasant, the toilet was too cramped to put my legs comfortably, and there was no power outlet at the desk for working on a computer—only two outlets at the headboard for the whole room. The breakfast was unacceptable: at 8:30 am no tables were cleared, no dishes (bowls, cups, spoons, plates) were available, the buffet had empty containers and was not restocked (bread, fruit, yogurt, fromage blanc, juice, fruit salad, etc.). Only one person tended the breakfast and the reception, who seemed unaware of the situation. This was the first time I’d seen such a scenario, and it was very unpleasant!
