“Good but..”

Very clean and huge room. Good size pool and gym. We stayed for only 1 night and moved to SAPA next day even tho we booked for 3 nights. It was a non refundable booking but manager was lovely enough to return me 50%. Very grateful for that. Could improve on breakfast options. Gym smells and people don't wear shoes or tops when exercising. No towels as well. Weights everywhere. If going to Sapa, this isn't the place to stay. Pls book a hotel in Sapa. Nothing around this hotel

“Nein”

The Junior Suite was spacious, but the carpet was filthy and stained. The air conditioning had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed unhealthy. The fridge barely cooled, and breakfast was meager and unappetizing. There weren't many options for Westerners, and even the Vietnamese dishes were limited. The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, so we had to take taxis to find decent restaurants.

Unfortunately, our stay was a letdown. The hotel's location was a major issue - it was too far from the city center, and we had to rely on taxis to find food and entertainment. The rooms were clean, but the breakfast options were limited and unimpressive. The staff tried their best, but it wasn't enough to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.

“Disappointed”

I was really looking forward to staying here, but things took a turn for the worse when they told me they couldn't honour my booking. I showed them the proof on my phone, but they insisted it was a fake booking and that they were fully booked. It was a pretty frustrating experience.
