The location was quiet, and occasionally you could hear a train passing but it wasn’t too loud. There was a small miscommunication, but that was resolved quickly.

I loved how the hotel blends new and old, and the owners were genuinely lovely.

There was a wide selection at breakfast, the place was superbly restored and very clean. The room was spacious and well equipped. I didn’t receive the code upon arrival and had to ring for it. The train and the shower of the neighboring room are loud, making it very noisy. The lady forced eggs and yogurt at breakfast without asking my opinion; even though they were tasty, it was a shame because it caused unnecessary waste.

Everything was high quality—beds, bathrooms, chairs, breakfast, etc. Plus it was complete with a spot to sit in the evening and have a drink, indoors or outdoors. The location itself isn't very inspiring.
