Friendly staff helped us all the way through our stay, and the bed was super comfy. The spot is great – a quick stroll to the river and plenty of bars and restaurants, plus a nice happy hour. On the downside, the shower’s water pressure was weak and the bathroom floor flooded every time we showered, soaking the bath mat. The external walls didn’t block street noise well, so we heard a lot at night even though we were on the 6th floor.

Helpful, kind staff. For what we paid, the hotel fell short of expectations. The gym was a five‑minute walk away and a membership gym; the rooftop terrace was a bit run down and offered nothing special.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location in the theatre district. Next to great restaurants & bars. Happy hour every evening was a nice touch. Staff were so friendly. Nothing to dislike

The spot is amazing, within walking distance to many laneway restaurants and near the Melbourne marathon, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the room was a nice size for good value. The shower leaked badly.
