“Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel if staying more then a day..check shower.”
The bed was comfortable, but the shower had mold and the floors were extremely sticky; I ended up washing my hair in the sink instead of the shower.

My room was spotless and very nice, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is good and the front desk staff are friendly, but half the stay had no internet and there was no housekeeping service in the room.

We met a few genuinely kind staff who made us feel at ease, especially since I have two autistic kids and a baby with health issues. Unfortunately, the GM and a staff member—either Rachel or Rebecca—were extremely disrespectful, and there was a complete lack of communication among the team. Two of our rooms had blood on the sheets, forcing us to relocate. When I asked to extend our stay, Rachel/Rebecca gave me a different answer than what the GM received, and they hurried my family out of the hotel—just my fiancé and our three kids were left behind. My son went missing, and the staff ignored my pleas for help until other employees intervened. Police were eventually called.
