Lovely staff, well organized, clean, with a proper kitchen; the guests were interesting and the locals were very friendly.

I appreciated the straightforwardness of the place; I just needed a simple spot to stay without any hassle. The hostel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the facilities were exactly what I required. The location was perfect for reaching the Ulster Museum, nearby restaurants, city centre transport, and overall accessibility. I didn't encounter anything I disliked; it’s a plain, uncomplicated hostel, well run by genuinely nice people.

The location is great, close to Botanic Avenue, the Botanical Garden, and beautiful buildings; it needs a full renovation—everything is okay but a lot of details need fixing, the mattress is a bit saggy and we feel the springs, the toilet looks a bit dirty, an odd bug was in the sink today, and there’s a slight bad smell; the staff are very good.
