How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We were more than pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a huge bed, soft carpet, and a jacuzzi; the elevator even made us laugh before we saw the room, and once we did, we melted. However, a handful of unruly guests, a whole row of children, adults shouting, and kids eating and dropping biscuits were all happening at the inner pool without anyone noticing.

The kitchen staff were very attentive and always smiling. The room wasn’t cleaned, the linens and towels weren’t changed, and even for the last two days there was no toilet paper.

The stay could be described in many ways, none of which would include a positive rating. It was an extremely filthy, rude place that somehow still claims a five‑star rating and pretends to uphold it. The beds were dirty, stained, and greasy, the air conditioner was broken, the carpets were likely never cleaned, and there were stains even on the curtains. The bathroom was crying for repairs, with a broken shower, a broken door, a leaking bathtub that clogged after just a few drops of water. The mess was visible right from the moment we arrived, when we had to tie the two bathrobes that were supposed to be clean but were stained and full of hair, which we naturally replaced and ended up with damp ones. The pools and spa area also appeared uncleaned for an unknown time. The outdoor jacuzzis had floating filth from apparently unclean people, moldy as well, and I have to add that they were full of gypsies with a supposedly not very clean mentality. As for the tavern where the staff seemed to work as if by punishment, the situation was even more tragic: dirt, rough attitude, food that was too greasy, and in the end, it led to vomiting 🙂. Good luck to anyone who wants to stay there. And to those who are responsible for this hotel, "management," please, before you start taking reservations, first pay attention to hygiene! Food and staff! I’m not surprised by the bad reviews, and you shouldn’t be surprised either; this place screams untended!
