The staff were sweet and kind, making me feel at home even though we didn’t speak the same language; breakfast was great, showers hot, and the rooms had a beautiful mountain view. The town is adorable, and the staff ensured I was taken care of as a solo traveler. The beds were small and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well in my single‑bed room, but that’s an easy fix and the rest of the stay was excellent.

Ευτυχώς είχε πάρκινγκ. Για να κάνουμε μπάνιο έπρεπε να ανοίξουν θερμοσίφωνες οι ίδιοι

“Beautiful heritage style hotel at grand scale.”

The style here is great and the quality is solid – it feels like Wes Anderson might have set a scene in the Grand Budapest Hotel. The lounge and dining/bar area are amazing, though the vibe works better during winter holidays.

We stayed for one night in Drakolimni and overall it was satisfactory. However, the service regarding issuing and sending the invoice was unacceptable. At checkout we asked for an invoice and were told it would be sent electronically, but it never arrived. We reached out twice more over roughly a month, each time being assured it would be sent immediately, yet we still haven’t received it. I find it highly unprofessional for a hospitality business to fail at such a simple, obvious process despite repeated reminders from the client. Consistency and proper post‑stay service are just as important as the stay itself. Unfortunately, this handling left a very negative impression and does not meet what one would expect from a professional establishment.

“We would not stay there again , there are plenty of much nicer places to stay in the area”

The location was good, right by the old village. From the first minute it was clear that the staff lacked the usual hospitality skills we’re used to in Greece, almost unfriendly. In the morning a casual arm wave told us the buffet was “over there…”, but no follow‑up. We asked if anything else could be added, and there was a handrail to go down some stairs to the buffet area that was EXTREMELY loose and very dangerous.
