The place feels like a cozy home, perfect for a staycation. The décor is tidy, the plants and trees add a nice touch, and the staff are flexible and accommodating. Thanks a lot!

The location is convenient and close to the event we attended, which was a definite advantage. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Although check-out time was 11:00 AM, the housekeeping staff approached us quite early to remind us to leave. We had booked two rooms and paid for a late check-out extension for one room so it could serve as a waiting area before our event. However, the housekeeping staff asked us to leave and informed us that the two guests (2 senior citizens) from the other room were not allowed to stay in the extended room, despite us having paid for the additional time. We told the housekeeper that we are just there to wait as we have showered and had breakfast before checking out from the other room. However, they still insist to leave and my parents stayed inside the vehicle. Another issue was the property's curfew. The main gate only opens after 6:00 AM to 9.00PM and this information was not disclosed on the booking platform before we made our reservation. This means that if you go out for a late dinner or evening activities, you may have difficulty returning. It also prevents guests from enjoying sunrise views or exploring the area early in the morning, as the gates remain locked until 6:00 AM. Have this been stated in the platform we would not have booked this property. Overall, the property is acceptable if you are simply looking for a place to sleep. However, due to the poor service, lack of flexibility, and important restrictions that were not clearly communicated, I would not choose to stay here again. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, which negatively affected our experience

The hotel was clean and quiet, but some appliances are a bit old, so a few AC units don’t cool well.
