I left too early for breakfast, and I had left a key with the front desk receptionist who said it wouldn’t be a problem for my young adult child to pick it up after 11:00, yet the next staff member wouldn’t give my adult child the key, which was a huge pain.

The room is very plain with few options, and the beds are quite worn out.

The check‑out is only at 9:30, which is seriously inconvenient.
