Zostel Mussoorie, Mall Road

“Great stay”

The single rooms were nice with a great view, and the staff always tried to help. It’s very close to Mall Road, but cars aren’t allowed there, so I had to hire someone to move my luggage from the car to the hostel. The hostel couldn’t accept a credit card at first, and the payment process for international visitors was a bit drawn out.

“It was a good Stay with good views from the balcony and the food was good and the hosts were really good as well but fro”

The balcony views were mesmerizing, the café food was really good, and the staff—especially Aman Sharma—were helpful hosts. However, reaching the hotel required descending a steep hill, and getting to Mall Road meant climbing another steep path. The rooms smelled of seepage and the furnishings were poorly maintained.

I had an amazing stay at Zostel! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ajay bhaiya, the manager, for making us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ravi bhaiya was also extremely kind and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the positive atmosphere made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place, and I can't wait to visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
