The facility was in good shape, the pool was clean and operational, the location was convenient, and the staff were all amazing! The room included cookware, cups, dishes, silverware, garbage disposal, and a full kitchen. Some lights were broken, but most worked fine, so it wasn’t a big issue. The king‑size bed in our suite had bugs— that was my only complaint.

The location was just average. The shower wasn’t clean, it clogged and flooded the bathroom. When I reported this to the front desk attendant, she told me I couldn’t switch rooms because of the inconvenience.

The lady at the desk was nice, which was the only positive thing. The room was absolutely disgusting; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The carpet was dirty, with smears and smudges on every surface. An open soda can lay on the window ledge by the bed. The TV had splattered residue that hadn’t been wiped off. The shower was moldy along all edges, the glass was dirty, and the toilet had poop remnants and didn’t flush properly. A hair clip was on the sink. Gray, crumbly material covered everything, possibly asbestos from a crumbling textured ceiling. The ceiling had rips and holes. Trash and some animal feces were under the bed. The room smelled of urine. The upstairs bathroom had trash between the baseboard and wall. The refrigerator top had trash, sawdust, and a little pop‑it firework thing. The bathroom door and vanity downstairs had strange gray clusters stuck to them; I couldn’t identify them but they were gross. An employee entered the locked room while I was in the bathroom, and I heard my five‑year‑old scream. I rushed out and he said a worker had come in. We didn’t stay and requested a refund.

I only liked the location, everything else was a mess. The first room we got still had someone’s luggage, the second one wasn’t cleaned at all, the screen door was broken, and after two days a water main pipe burst, leaving us without water for 7 hours.
