The building’s design and garden are gorgeous, and the hosts were super friendly. Still, the place feels a bit under‑equipped for longer stays; a wardrobe and better kitchen gear—pots, pans, dishes—would help, because right now you can only boil tea or coffee.

“Alloggio rilassante e autentico grazie a Vito!”

Breakfast featured fresh fruit, cookies, pastries, milk, and excellent coffee. The house sits amid Salentine countryside with monumental olive trees, carica figs, cactus figs, and plenty of Mediterranean scrub. The highlight is a country road that, through a reed field, leads straight to the free beach of Ugento. Special thanks to Vito, his daughter Giorgia, and their dog Nico for their warm hospitality. Nothing to criticize—everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to relax and experience the Salentine countryside. The only suggestion is to prune the olive trees to enhance their beauty and strengthen them against Xylella.

“Sehr zufriedenstellend”

The spot is wonderful and the owner is very friendly and attentive. He has turned his property into a beauty oasis with flowers, figs, stones, and branches artfully arranged and refined. You’ll find peace and harmony there. The dreamy natural beach is within walking distance.
