An accessible studio queen suite offers a separate seating area, adapted bathroom and wider doorways for ease of movement. The room sleeps up to four guests with a queen‑size bed and additional sleeping accommodations. It includes a flat‑screen TV and a microwave for in‑room entertainment and convenience.
“This is a good clean place to stay and will stay here again when in the area”
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room felt comfortable, plus the coffee was decent. However, the other rooms were noisy at night—people could hear walking and jumping. Breakfast closed at 10, and when we arrived at 9:15 there was almost nothing left, so we only managed a quick coffee before leaving.
Nothing good to say. The experience was full of lies and deception; housekeeping allegedly stole my belongings and handed them to family members and random street people when I left the property. They then tampered with my account so I couldn't book rooms on the app by calling booking. They spread false stories about me and other hotels in New Braunfels TX and other locations, so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the United States of America or worldwide.
“would not stay here again”
The location was the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel itself smelled awful—like bleach and mildew. The breakfast was nonexistent: no eggs, no sausage, only two types of cereal, apples, powdered coffee cream, and a waffle maker. The floors in the room were stained and the corners needed cleaning.

The location is great, the place is clean, and the rooms are spacious.
