The room is nice and the area is quiet, just outside Cagliari’s center. The center is easy to reach by bus, and the room comes with a small fridge and is very comfortable. The host is great, and there’s parking right in front of the house. Everything was fine.

Parking is easy, the landlord is very attentive, the flat is clean, and the fridge and air‑conditioning work well. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, but that’s a matter of taste. The flat is quite far from walking distance to Cagliari’s center, but it’s a 7‑10 minute drive.

The room was really nice, just enough for two people and had the essentials. The spot was spot on: quiet, parking available, close to the city center and the sea. Check‑in and check‑out were super quick and easy. Great experience.
