The room was gorgeous, offering a city view with a beautifully lit skyline. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were tasty. No complaints.
The hotel’s location made getting to the airport a breeze and the city was easy to reach thanks to the free public transport, and the rooms felt modern and tidy. Unfortunately, they kept charging extra fees to our credit card and after four weeks we still haven’t gotten any resolution, with both the hotel and the payment processor doing nothing to fix it.
