The location is fine, but the property was not clean: 1) the bathroom had spider webs and the ceiling had mold, 2) a wall had chipped paint, 3) the towels and bedding were unclean, 4) cockroaches were present, indicating a dirty environment, 5) caretakers didn’t clean our room on the third day even though we left the unit unlocked as requested, 6) the lodge still needs a lot of construction work—the welcoming area and kitchen are unfinished, 7) the gate stays open late and is not secure for parked cars; we would return only if these issues were fixed.

The location is good and easy to reach, the receptionist is friendly and helped carry my luggage to the room; nothing else to mention.

The building’s design is beautiful, but it lacks maintenance—taps are falling off and walls are damp, there’s no customer service, and rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly.

It was clean to find; safety standards are poor.
