The staff were polite, yet we couldn’t shower because only cold water was available, there was no electric shower, and the beds were uncomfortable.

Luiz was a lifesaver – he sorted our rides, pointed us to good restaurants and explained how the place works. The room smelled fresh, the A/C was spot‑on, the minibar handy, and the view from the window was unbeatable. Breakfast was decent, especially the made‑to‑order scrambled eggs, though I wish they offered more variety like a hot dog or tapioca.
