How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A very nice room on the 5th floor with all amenities except a mini fridge. The lift takes you up. Right above is the excellent Mornings in Pera, which I discovered earlier and led me to the hotel. Reception isn’t fully staffed because they also work in the café downstairs, so getting help or making changes can be delayed as staff respond to messages via WhatsApp.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, with Fayaz at reception standing out for his kindness. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work well, which was a bit annoying.

The spot was spot on, and the team—especially Feyyaz at the front desk—was warm, courteous, and always smiling, genuinely helpful all through. The Wi‑Fi, however, was spotty and kept acting up.

The place sits right on Istiklal Street, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly, even going out of their way to cancel my booking at no cost when I ran into issues. The room didn’t match the photos; the AC was weak, a generator shutdown stopped it entirely, and with the generator on there was no Wi‑Fi. The toilet was broken, the shower leaked outside, the flush was useless, and the safe didn’t work until new batteries were installed. Stains and marks on the floor and a non‑functional electronic touch panel for DND/Make My Room made it feel like no one had inspected the room before handing it over. I really liked the location and the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful— the manager even called me to apologize for the room condition and processed a refund at no charge, which I appreciated. It’s sad that such a great team is working in a run‑down hotel.

It’s a small hotel with an elevator. The location is perfect, just 20 m from Istiklal, the main street of the center. Even though there are several restaurants below, we heard no noise. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. Everything was fine.
