The hotel was amazing – the roof pool was a treat, and the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Thanks to Tara, Sofia, Zoey, Dan, Tuyen, Vhang, Bao, My, and Haohoa for even retrieving my lost phone; I’d definitely recommend this place and stayed in a large suite high up with stunning views.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, which made my first days in Vietnam feel easy and comfortable; the hospitality was incredible, and the whole team was always ready to help with anything I needed. I especially want to highlight Tara, whose kindness, warmth, and positive attitude stood out and made my stay even more memorable—people like her are what make a place truly special. We stayed in the family room, which was much larger than expected, and the staff – Tara the manager, Zoey the receptionist, and the two security guards Dan and Tuyen – were friendly and helpful. The only downside was a bit of road noise, but the property sits in the city center, so that’s to be expected.

La vue est magnifique Piscine en rooftop très agréable. Une mention spéciale au Monsieur qui est à l’accueil et s’occupe des bagages : un grand merci. Climatisation du loft pas assez puissante, beaucoup trop chaud Rideaux pas suffisamment occultants, donc difficile de dormir correctement Fuite d’eau dans le séjour et sur le balcon L’accueil de certains personnels
