“Hotel acogedor pero…”
The place feels cozy, with a very cool/retro vibe, right in the city center so you’re surrounded by bars, restaurants, and more. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The only downside was that we found cockroaches—one on the wall in the room and two in the bathroom—on the single night we stayed, and the cushions on the bed were a bit dirty.
I found a roach in the room.
“Unique”
It’s tucked away but easy to find, located by everything you need.
“Best spot in town!”
A lovely boutique hotel with thoughtful urban design, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and the prices were reasonable, especially since many Mexican properties cater to American tourists who have different budgets than Europeans.
“A disgusto”
The concept is good, but the price is very high compared to the rooms, there’s no restaurant service, and access is difficult even for people with disabilities; overall it’s a very, very expensive hotel for what it offers.
