The location is awesome for walking to almost every attraction, and the T1 tram stop is close enough that you can leave your car at the Villa Costanza exchange; the self‑check‑in with code entries is handy, and you can drop off bags before and after check‑in. The bed and pillows are comfy. The only slight inconvenience is that the bathroom lacks a bidet, just a showerhead near the toilet.

The location is fine. There is no permanent front desk, which wasn’t mentioned when booking. We arrived early and were told to leave our luggage and bags in a room‑entry hall with no extra security, so we opted to keep them in a locker outside the hotel.

The place is well‑situated, the bed is very comfortable, and the value for money is excellent. The bathroom is tiny.

The location is decent. The hygiene was poor.
