The spot was well‑located, just a short walk from the Javeriana university hospital, but the room was small and damp; it works for a few days but long stays feel uncomfortable.

The service was terrible, it felt more like a jail than a hotel; the lady’s attitude was harsh, I didn’t like it at all… I don’t recommend it whatsoever… We felt very uneasy, my friend couldn’t even use the bathroom, the charges were outrageous, and they wouldn’t let us in until 2 am—service was awful.

They wouldn’t let me stay. I had a reservation for three people, arrived around 9:30 pm with my exhausted family, and they refused to accommodate us because there was no parking available. That’s bad because the listing says parking is included. The night staff seemed indifferent to the fact that we already had a booking. We were traveling from Granada to Bogotá.
