The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, but I always had to ask for basic items like a towel or toothbrush before checking in, and it would be better if those were already in the room. I was also embarrassed when staff stopped me at checkout to inspect my room for theft, even though they had all my ID and passport details and could report any theft to the authorities; I had been staying here every weekend for four consecutive weeks.

I had to be moved to Al Massa Hotel Plus because there were no non‑smoking rooms left, but the new room was big, quiet, and spotless, which I liked. The shower was a problem; once I set it to warm, it would briefly warm up and then switch back to cold.

The location was excellent, close to Jami Mall, but the rooms were old and the bathrooms were not good.
