How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There is no such hotel at all, starting from the building’s façade, the sign had a different name! The people who pretended to be managers, after the intervention of law‑enforcement officers, admitted that this was the hotel from Booking, but our reservation was cancelled and they forgot to warn us!

The only positive was the location; the service was poor, the room was stale, the facilities were lacking, there was no hot water, the AC was outdated, there was no lift, no food options, no kettle, the bed sheets were dirty, and the TV didn’t work.

The location was good, but the AC wasn’t maintained, the cooling was low, and there was no TV.

They wouldn’t let me stay because I was a foreigner; they told me to book somewhere else as soon as I reached reception.

They told me there were no rooms, even after I booked, and they still claimed none were available.
