“⚠️ A Very Disappointing Experience – We Did Not Feel Welcome”
The only positive was that there was a pool. If you’re thinking about using that option, you really need to be desperate, because getting in touch with them is far from easy. We were also turned away when we arrived, which left us in a very difficult situation and forced us to use an alternative room instead. The whole experience made us feel anything but welcome. When you’ve travelled a long way and arrive expecting everything to be in order, being turned away is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
