Nothing was clean. The cleanliness was very dirty and there were dust mites.

We were close to a few attractions, but the breakfast we paid for never showed up on the first day because the staff member had left, and the manager didn’t bother to replace it or refund us; I had to ask for a refund and he only gave us $1.50 per person for coffee even though we spent $3 each on the street, and then said he couldn’t pay the rest because he didn’t have the cash. The shower never got hot, the place stayed cold all the time, and the room had no ventilation.
