“Just OK”
We booked two Basic King rooms; my husband and I shared one, while my dad and step‑mom (both in their 80s) stayed in the other. The rooms were very large and clean overall, especially the big shower and full‑size fridge. The bed was comfortable and the pillows amazing. The AC worked well; we had to lower it because we were chilly at night. Check‑in was easy and the property manager, who we emailed, was nice and replied quickly. The location is great for walking to loanDepot Park. We reserved one parking spot in the garage, which felt safe but the spots are VERY tight. Several cosmetic issues could be fixed to improve the rooms. One room lacked a coffee pot and the other a toaster, but after contacting the manager we got both items. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and minor wall and tile repairs. The bed is comfortable, but it has a top sheet/comforter combo; there is no separate top sheet, and I’m not sure the comforter is washed. We stayed for an easy walk to loanDepot Park and felt safe, though the surrounding apartment buildings were a bit rough.
