The hotel was generally pleasant, but the reception left a bad impression. I had coffee for €2, had no cash, tried to pay by card which was denied, then got €20 and was given €17.50 back. The receptionist said the missing €2.50 was their tip, which I didn’t appreciate being taken without consent. The hotel itself is good, but this incident spoiled the experience. I hope management takes this seriously.

The place is right in the city centre, freshly refurbished, with a great bathroom and a big bed, and the breakfast even had scrambled eggs! The owner was super friendly and we felt very comfortable.
