Nature Hotel - Luong The Vinh

The location was decent, the room had a minibar, an elevator, and good Wi‑Fi. The furniture looked much older than the photos showed, and I found a lot of tiny white bugs on the wardrobe—seemed like book lice—and an ant on the bed. The sheets had small stains. The worst part was the school directly opposite the hotel; from 7‑9 am the kids had PE and the teacher shouted loudly on a megaphone, making sleep impossible. I checked out early and they refused to refund the unused nights.

The staff were incredibly helpful during my month‑long stay, and when I had a small issue with my original room they upgraded me right away. The 4th‑floor terrace was right down the hall, and I loved the balcony view. Housekeeping and the front desk were wonderful. Everything else was great—there was nothing I didn’t like. They even supplied umbrellas when it rained a lot during the first month. The only downside was the weather, which was beyond the hotel’s control. I’ll post a video review on YouTube later.

At first I thought this would be a bad review because the room they gave us was dirty, but the staff were amazing—they responded instantly and gave us another clean, good room. Thanks to them. The location was good. The breakfasts were a typical Vietnamese buffet, just a little worse, but overall there were plenty of places to eat.

“Không đúng những gì đã đăng trên booking”

I didn’t like it because there was no parking even though I had booked it. When I arrived, they offered me another place that cost double and required a credit‑card fee, so I cancelled the reservation because it didn’t match what was advertised. I had to park on the street opposite the school gate, not in the property as shown.
