I wanted a new hair dryer; the one I had felt flimsy and scary, and it burned my hair so I couldn't use it. I used a fan instead. It could be a hotel that’s connected, but otherwise everything was fine.

I’m not happy with your hotel; I don’t like your services. We booked for three people but had to cram into a room meant for two. We were assigned a room on the fifth floor with no elevator, leaving us exhausted. We definitely won’t book here again—we didn’t like it at all, and the service was poor.

The staff were cooperative, it’s near the metro, the environment is clean, there are separate kitchens, and the bathroom was awesome. Highly recommended.
