The location is great, close to the center and in a nice area. The showers lack doors, always show rust, and the cleanliness is awful—sometimes there are hairs on the plugs or sink. They hand out a single sheet of toilet paper that is only about 10% of a full roll, as if they open it, take a bit, and leave the rest. The place feels more like a motel than a hotel, and the noise levels can be shocking. The sheets are sometimes stained, and the bathroom windows on the upper floor have no glass. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially since booking through the platform gives a good price, but if you go directly to the hotel or book with them, they raise the cost by up to $30,000 pesos. The rooms are extremely small.

It was close to where I needed to be. The rooms and bathrooms are very tight, but it’s just enough to get some rest.

What you see in the photos is real; the place is clean and the room matches the pictures. The internet connection had a lot of interference, or maybe it’s just the room’s location.

The place is clean, with good value for the price and service. For a one‑night stopover in Palmira, it’s acceptable. The air conditioning is missing; the rooms rely on natural ventilation, are cramped, and there’s no hot water.
