The staff were all wonderful and the landscaping around the hotel really makes it feel like a tropical resort; the garden room we had was great for the kids to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. I have never had to pay separately for drinks at dinner that is included in half board (extra charge for alcoholic drinks I understand but not having to pay for soft drinks).
