The pillows were nice, but there weren’t enough outlets by the bed. We spotted mold on the bathroom tiles. We set the thermostat low for a good night’s sleep, but the setting slipped and we woke up hot, needing to lower it again.

Very convenient, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. We found a clean pair of men’s underwear on the floor by the chair, so the cleaning crew could tighten their inspection.

The staff, room, and breakfast were excellent, and the check‑in lady was great, but that’s where the problems started. The check‑in person couldn’t pull up bookings on the computer, and I and eight other guests waited 40‑50 minutes to be checked in. She had no one to call for help—her supervisor wouldn’t assist and the support line was useless.
