“Nothing”

I’m in the same industry and run a business, so I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’m forced to rate this experience very poorly: the room was not cleaned at all, with a lot of old guests’ hair, dirty corners, and a filthy bathroom… I didn’t want to write a review when I first arrived, but I decided to after realizing the Wi‑Fi didn’t work; I had work to do and couldn’t use the internet at night or the next morning, and the signal inside the room was so weak that I couldn’t use my SIM card.
