The hotel sits right in the city center, so getting around was a breeze. However, the overall cleanliness was lacking, especially the air quality; we kept coughing because the air was full of dust.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious, with plenty of drawers and cabinets for all your stuff. The pool in the middle of the building was large and offered a great view of Cebu, and on the ground floor you could find a mall, restaurants, 7/11, and Robinson's Market.

The facilities are fully equipped and the view from the high-rise is quite attractive. I spent one night there, but the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on for some reason.
