Gran Santiago Plaza, positioned beside Santiago Tuxtla’s main square, offers bright, air‑conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, TVs, and optional views of Olmeca Park. The 24‑hour reception and on‑site El Vigía Restaurant serve authentic Mexican and Veracruzan dishes. Nearby, cafés, bars, Los Tuxtlas National Park, and beaches within an hour’s drive enhance its prime location.

The hotel’s location was great and it was almost empty, basically just the hotel itself. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn’t cool well, the TV was broken on the lower part, and there was no restaurant; otherwise everything was normal.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly. I ran out of water while showering, which shouldn’t happen; maintenance should check the bathroom water tank.

The location was fine. The photos didn’t match reality: the pool was dirty and the area behind it was an abandoned house.

Nothing good. Everything was TERRIBLE and I didn’t like it at all.
