The bar boy and the coffee boy at the front desk were helpful, but the skinny girl at the front desk kept talking about logic and convenience while swapping us from the originally promised good rooms with elevators to very uncomfortable rooms that required walking up three floors. The stairs were filthy, with plastic, napkins, and blood stains from the first floor all the way up to the third—so nasty. For dinner, my wife received a rotten fried fish.

Nice pools, easy beach access, although the immediate beach outside the hotel ground is blocked with boats from much swimming or watersport. Has big suite rooms with plenty of space. Gym is great for a hotel gym too. Basics not done right: no bodywash or shampoo in the shower dispensers, and neither TV in either room worked or had a connection. Air con remotes didn't have working batteries. Breakfast is limited, no buffet, some restaurant staff weren't as accomodating as expected

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, but the accommodation was impeccable.

The apartment was very spacious and the common area facilities were very good. The tours offered at reception were too expensive; the PartyBoat was initially quoted at USD$80, and after a lot of bargaining it was lowered to USD$65. They promised to pick me up in a vehicle at 2:20 pm, but at 1:30 pm I was told the vehicle would no longer arrive at 2:20 pm, and that I would have to walk along the beach and leave at 1:50 pm. The timing was messed up and I had to rush through lunch. The worst part was when I asked several people who had the same PartyBoat plan how much it had cost them, and most said USD$45; it feels like a ripoff that they tried to sell it almost at double the commercial rate. The person in charge of tours inside the hotel is William. Please do not buy the plans there; they may charge you nearly double the commercial rate.
