“Impeccabile”
The location was perfect. The accommodation was spotless, fully equipped, and spacious. The staff were efficient.
“Het appartement was proper en al wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De locatie is perfect.”
The location is perfect, very central and easy to reach. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and fully equipped. It was clean. It would have been nicer to have more space in the kitchen and dining area.
“Tres pratique”
Central location, easy to reach by bus from the station. Second stay in this modern, spacious, and clean apartment. Very good welcome and immediate responsiveness. There was a lack of natural light (courtyard windows) but at least there was no street noise from a busy road.
“Noi ci adattiamo, quindi il soggiorno è stato positivo. Ma rivalutare gli spazi non sarebbe male”
The location was extremely central, making it easy to reach the city’s main spots in just a few minutes, and there was a nice pedestrian island right below the house with restaurants and pharmacies. The cleanliness was flawless. The staff were courteous and ready to help. The layout of the rooms was an issue: a family with small children would have an excellent experience, but for a couple plus a friend it was awkward to share a bathroom that was accessed from a bedroom. The double room was essentially a kitchenette‑living area that included a double bed. The description mentioned two bedrooms and a private bathroom, yet the bathroom was actually attached to the room with two single beds, and the other room was a kitchenette‑living area with a double bed. Other rooms in the center might have a better layout… a bit more clarity would help. Air conditioning was present but insufficient, especially in these temperatures. We had to set it to 16°C to feel any coolness, and the windows faced an interior courtyard.
The location. The apartment has no hallway; upon entry you go straight into a tiny kitchen. From the window you see three walls of the building and the courtyard—no sky or sun. In a southern city, not seeing any light is frightening! You can’t tell what the weather is like outside. The table sits by the window, where you can see the walls while having coffee or lunch, and the TV is behind it. The booking site showed a nice photo with a city view from the balcony, but that’s a lie. The listed name is only the name of the accommodation. Florian di Trieste actually consists of three apartments: Iris, Ginestre, and Glicine, which are not listed. This is fraud. From the window you hear conversations, music, and the opening of blinds from neighboring apartments at 6 am; there is no quiet. There is no fresh air either. I was also unclear why there were only two coffee capsules and three tea bags, even though my reservation was for 7 days. I find the price too high for these conditions.
