How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We liked the location overall, not far from Porto Rotondo and the many boats to watch. Jump straight from the pier into the water. The houseboat needs renovation work that should be done for the next season. Looking forward to next year.

The spot is fantastic, right by the marina, but the club music from the beach bar gets really loud at night.

The location of the houseboat was fabulous, and the marina. However, we experienced a yellow weather warning for strong winds when we arrived; it was pretty scary for us, and because of this, we could not sit on the rooftop. However, the following day the winds had subsided, so we made use of the lovely rooftop space. Unfortunately, you can never predict the weather :(. We thought the houseboat was tired and dirty; the towels were very worn, the bedding didn't smell fresh and inviting, the flooring was damaged in a lot of areas. We think it would benefit from a revamp and maybe adding some other conveniences, such as a microwave
