The hotel was a total disaster. I found a bed infested with bugs, which was absolutely disgusting. When I reported it to the staff, they asked me what kind of drugs I'd taken and how much, which was completely bizarre. I showed them a bug, and they picked it up, saying it was a lent, and then squeezed it. If it was a lent, it would still be stuck to their fingers, but it was clearly a bug. I have pictures to prove it.

Unfortunately, this place was a huge letdown. It felt more like a run-down apartment complex than a motel, with permanent residents making a racket and dogs barking all night. The room was filthy, with cigarette burns on the blankets, hair all over the bathroom floor, and visible mold. The staff were friendly, but it wasn't enough to make up for the chaos and grime. We ended up checking out a night early because it was just too uncomfortable.

I tried to reschedule my stay due to a family emergency, but the hotel still charged me for the night I didn't end up using. I was on the phone with someone, explaining the situation, but they just went ahead and billed me anyway. It was really frustrating and not very understanding.

I booked a room three months in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. To make matters worse, they still charged my credit card for the stay, even though they cancelled on me. It was a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time.

The hotel room was a complete dump. The bed sheets had pee stains, the room reeked of smoke, and there was a suspicious-looking blood spot on the bed blanket. The bathroom was dirty, the heat didn't work, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything. It was a nightmare, and I'd recommend staying at the Best Western down the street instead, even if it costs more.
