How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was disappointed; the DoubleTree stay fell below my expectations. The bed was unstable and shook whenever I moved, the hotel felt old and poorly maintained, and it smelled unpleasant. I usually enjoy DoubleTree hotels, which is why I chose this property, but this stay was well below the brand’s standards.

The reception staff were attentive and very helpful, the hotel and room were clean, and I would stay again if I needed an overnight in the area.

Everything was spotless, but the breakfast could use a bit of improvement—especially the lukewarm coffee.

Breakfast was good, facility was vear clean. I feel because we booked through Trivago / Booking .com we was place in the old building. there was dead bugs in the bathroon, which might account for the terribble odor, maybe bug killer? Not sure but the roon stuck. I love Doubletree's but I will think trice before staying in another

The place is simply stunning, especially the pool area, and I have no complaints.
