The hotel has its own beach, which felt great because it was off‑season and not crowded; the pool was also nice and the kids enjoyed it, and the place was clean overall. The location is convenient—right outside the hotel you can grab food, book tours, and the convenience store and pharmacy are close by. The facilities feel old, there’s no breakfast, and the standard rooms are on an upper floor with no elevator.

I paid 875 Baht for a room that was advertised as that price (no air‑conditioning)… basically the fair price… except you advertised it at 2540 B with a supposed 65 % discount… the rooms at that price were nothing like mine… no big deal.

The beach is decent. The so‑called resort is just a construction site, surrounded by JCBs and heavy haulage equipment digging the hillside next to Grand View. The reception area looks like a bomb site. There’s no telephone in the room, no tissues, and the bathroom toilet feels like it’s from the 1950s with no hot water in the sink. It’s a disgrace.

The beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful, and the sunsets are lovely. I stayed during the low season.
