The décor was beautiful and very contemporary, customer service was great. The accommodation was excellent and the staff made you feel very welcome, also helping with transportation and booking excursions. We stayed in the heart of the city with plenty of transport and places to eat.

Close to the metro, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. It was hard to find the exact metro exit to get out of the underground and then locate the hotel above ground with luggage; take the Oberdam exit!

The hotel is really very well decorated. The room was very comfortable and the staff adorable. The bathroom was too small and the breakfast was mediocre.

Michela went above and beyond, making sure we were fully satisfied and could enjoy the best of our stay; the room was spotless, and both the bedroom and bathroom offered an incredible view and vibe. However, the accommodation felt extremely overpriced, and on our first night a strange, continuous noise kept us awake.

The location was great, staff friendly, room clean, and bed comfortable; the only drawback was that the 4th floor is only reachable by stairs, as the elevator stops at the 3rd floor, but that didn’t bother me. I thought it was a solid stay, perhaps a bit pricey, but it was Milan Fashion Week, so prices were high everywhere.
