Chris was very helpful and very welcoming when we arrived; we just needed a place to sleep, but the hotel itself had nothing special. The breakfast offered very limited options, the bathroom sink wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and the bed was not comfortable.

The person who checked us in was great and the breakfast was good, but the room we received wasn’t the one we booked; it was supposed to have a roll‑in shower, not a tub. There was a musty smell, the sheets felt like sand or wool—nothing soft—and water on the elevator floor made it slippery. The bed felt damp, so I expected better.

The highway was easy to reach and Worlds of Fun was a short drive away. The first room had a strong odor, so we were moved to another one where the air‑conditioner leaked and the carpet was damp. When we told the staff they said maintenance would be notified, but nobody ever came. The staff were very unfriendly, and the pool was filthy with clumps of hair and no chlorine.

The location was convenient for Worlds of Fun. The room had a musty, mildewy smell and felt very humid and moist, and the carpets were sticky.
