Das nach der Reklamation über das nicht saubere zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer unter Mitwirkung eines Engl. sprechenden anderen Gastes der telefonisch erreichbare Hotelvertreter dann innerhalb von 20 min ein Ersatzzimmer zur Verfügung stellte. Ein nicht ordentlich gesäubertes Zimmer nebst benutzter Bettwäsche und benutztem Handtuch musste ich reklamieren. Das ging nur mit Hilfe eines Engl. sprechenden anderen Gastes per Telefon an die Hotelleitung

Nothing kept me longer than the 70s vibe; there was no TV access, remote not from the room, no batteries, no fridge at all, no basic items, internet was a single weak line, typical workers’ hotel, never worth that price.

The self‑check‑in system was convenient, but the room photos on Booking were a deception; the room was unrepaired, dirty under the cabinets and bed, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the TV was worn with terrible picture quality.
